I was born and raised in CO. I have a wonderful husband and 3 beautiful daughters. I've been doing CrossFit for 10 years and coaching for 5 years. I love helping people grow in CF and have developed a love for it. My hobbies are DIY designing. I have a 200lb English mastiff "lap dog" that I love!
